Versatility and high precision for STEEL LINEAR 18.7 CNC Linear planes and profiles

Another project where an Italian customer in the tooling sector chose Rosa for the precision, reliability, and versatility of our LINEAR machines. With the STEEL LINEAR grinding machine, the customer can perform both pendular grinding and slow feed (creep-feed) grinding, producing transverse, longitudinal, concave, and convex profiles.

Performance & Speed
The table movement is powered by a linear motor, which significantly reduces turnaround time and allows for table speeds of up to 60 m/min.

This machine is designed for small and large series production, one-off part manufacturing, unmanned fully automated work cycles. Its versatility makes it ideal for companies operating in markets with diverse production requirements, ensuring high efficiency in all conditions.

Advanced Technology
The machine is equipped with the Siemens SINUMERIK ONE – ROSA SYSTEM 11 CNC control unit, featuring 6-axis CNC for grinding machines with integrated PLC, 19” Full HD (1366×768) TOUCH display, Integrated CAD-CAM for profile generation, dynamic simulation & tool path optimization.
